Adam Jamal is from Walewale in the North East Region of Ghana. He is a revenue collection officer by profession. He is the current regional champion and has been so since 1998. He is also one of the top players on the Playok platform and a strong contender for top player in Ghana and one of the strongest in the world.
He has been participating in Oware tournaments mostly in Tamale, Yendi, and Gushegu in the Northern Regions of Ghana. The most recent ones were the Yendi and that of the Gushegu, with him winning both.
He is one of the strongest players of the Ashanti room on the PlayOK platform. Well known for graciousness in defeat, stamina and willingness to train with players of all ranks.
